Biography

Phil Spencer is best known as Kirstie Allsopp’s business partner and co-presenter on the Channel 4 property series Location, Location, Location, Love It or List It, Relocation Relocation, and Location Revisited.

His career and expertise in property gave Phil the background to establish an independent service offering advice to buyers on property searches, negotiation and purchasel. As a recognised and respected property professional, Phil’s experience of business and presenting, coupled with a warm and engaging manner, have also made him a popular corporate choice with clients including British Gas, HM Land Registry, and Aviva.

Alongside TV programmes including Phil Spencer's History of Britain in 100 Homes and Stately Homes, Phil has also writen property advice books including How to Buy Your First Home, and has written for the Mail on Sunday and The Sunday Times.
