Jake Lambert

Fee Band

After making people laugh on Twitter, Jake graduated to gag writing for The Ranganation, The Apprentice, Bake Off and Netflix’s FL!NCH. He’s also toured with the likes of Jack Dee, Kerry Godliman and Tom Allen. Jake is making his name as a stand-up with a mix of one-liners, short stories and passing thoughts – like how best to put a stop to public displays of affection.

Biography

Jake Lambert fell into a career as a stand up after gaining a following on Twitter under the pseudonym @LittleLostLad. He decided to put down his iPhone and pick up a microphone. It proved to be a great choice, with him promptly placing as a semi-finalist in the BBC New Comedy Award, Magners New Comedian of the Year, English Comedian of the Year and Leicester Mercury New Act of the Year and was a finalist in Amused Moose Comedy Awards.

Jake’s incredible joke writing has made him a firm favourite writing extra material on shows including The Ranganation, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Mock the Week, The Now Show, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, News Quiz, Virtually Famous, Bake Off: The Professionals, Bake Off Extra Slice, There’s Something About Movies and Cooking with The Stars.

With sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Jake has been incredibly busy doing tour support with Michael McIntyre, Jack Dee, Kerry Godliman, Tom Allen, Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan.

His popular podcast Guest List with Jake Lambert, saw him sitting down with his favourite comedians to discuss their dream dinner party guests.
