Babatunde is a comedian, actor, and writer. He won the Amused Moose National New Comic Award, and Best Newcomer at the Black Entertainment Comedy Awards. Known for his on-screen partnership on Celebrity Gogglebox with Mo Gilligan, he has also appeared on The Weakest Link, Steph's Packed Lunch, and Stand Up to Cancer.


Biography

Babatunde Aléshé is a rising star in British Comedy. He has performed for audiences of thousands at the O2, and Hackney Empire. His stand up presents a hilariously fresh perspective, which showcases his stagecraft and comic timing.

Babatunde’s TV credits include Romesh Ranganathan’s reboot of The Weakest Link, Guessable, The Stand-Up Sketch Show, Jonathan Ross’ Stand-Up Club, Don’t Hate the Playaz, Steph's Packed Lunch, and Stand Up to Cancer. He has acted in Law & Order: UK, New Tricks, Doctor Who, and EastEnders. He also went into the Australian jungle on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Babatunde is part of the cast for the multi award winning Celebrity Gogglebox and quickly become a fan favourite. He also featured in the documentary Black, British and Funny, celebrating artists and icons from the Black British circuit.
