Biography

Ronan Harrington teaches on the KPMG C-Suite Leadership Programme and advises companies on how to create healthy, high-performance cultures. His approach helps audiences understand how to boost productivity and wellbeing, driving company growth during times of change and uncertainty.

In his keynotes, Ronan’s audiences are introduced to a new way of working grounded in the science of resilience, with practical tools to operate at peak performance without compromising our health.  His talks draw on an array of expertise, including his work as a Lead Futurist to the British Foreign Office. Having overcome incredible difficulty, Ronan shares how the weight of responsibility working in the corridors of power led to severe burnout and being diagnosed with a debilitating chronic illness.

As a resilience speaker, Ronan reveals the steps organisations needs to take to create a healthy, high performance culture. He also considers why burnout is a public health epidemic, and not a personal failure.
