Now hosting his own late night show on LBC, Ben was previously the network's Westminster Editor. Previously, he worked as a Political Correspondent at The Independent, and has appeared as a political commentator on BBC News, Sky News, Al Jazeera, and CNN.
Ben Kentish is a presenter at LBC, where he hosts the late night show between 10pm and 1am Monday to Thursday. Before getting his own show at the broadcaster, he was the Westminster Editor at LBC, where he spent the week in Parliament, talking to government ministers, MPs and civil servants and reporting on the inner workings of Westminster and all the major political stories of the day. He also presented a Sunday afternoon show, and frequent other shows across the LBC schedule, including regularly covering prime-time weekday shows.
Ben frequently interviews Cabinet ministers and other leading political figures, quizzes leaders at press conferences and takes part in behind-the-scenes government briefings.
He has also been sent to cover major international events such as the US presidential election and various global summits. Before joining LBC, he worked in the parliamentary press gallery for The Independent, and previously worked in various communications and speechwriting roles in Parliament.
