Biography

Jeremy Dalton is a specialist in emerging technologies who help organisations understand the business value of virtual and augmented reality technology.  He founded and runs a Metaverse Technologies team, a startup-like division operating within PwC, that work across all industries to better understand, quantify, and implement the benefits of these technologies.

Jeremy has advised governments, the public sector, startups, NGOs, and academic institutions on XR (a collective term for both VR and AR) technologies and has published numerous analyses on their business and economic value. He also wrote Reality Check: How Immersive Technologies Can Transform Your Business, a layman’s guide on the past, present and future of metaverse technologies, their misconceptions, and how they are being used in organisations globally. He explores how XR can be used to enhance training programmes, collaborate remotely more effectively and improve company culture. 

His work has been featured in many publications including The Financial Times and The Economist and he has worked with organisations including the World Economic Forum on XR initiatives. He currently sits on the advisory board of Immerse UK, a government-backed cross-sector industry body that supports the growth of immersive technologies.

Date TBC.  We will be looking at high-performance and mindset with our two excellent speakers.

Guenther Steiner is the Former Team Principal of F1’s Haas, a role he held from the team’s inception until this year. Under his leadership, he grew Haas into one of the sport’s leading independent teams.

Joining Guenther on stage will be broadcaster and behavioural scientist Paul Mckenna, who has written a number of bestselling books, and works on how psychology and mindset can impact achievement.

On Tuesday 17th September we had the pleasure of hearing from a remarkable panel of speakers, who shared their expertise on the challenges of managing Risk in a chaotic world.

The panel featured esteemed speakers, Dr. Sabrina Cohen-Hatton KFSM (Firefigter and Neuroscience researcher), Lord Parker of Minsmere (Andrew Parker, Former Director General of MI5), and Sir Robin Niblett (Former Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House). The event was hosted superbly by Mastermind and BBC News presenter Clive Myrie.

Over the hour, our panellists explored Risk on multiple levels, from global affairs to business environments and personal everyday challenges. They provided valuable insights into how we can better manage and mitigate Risk in today’s unpredictable world.
