Bianca Miller-Cole is an entrepreneur, author, and personal branding expert. After coming in second place on The Apprentice, she went on to launch two businesses, Bianca Miller London and The Be Group. She shares her knowledge to assist budding entrepreneurs in making their dream a reality and helps individuals understand and utilise their personal brands to enhance their careers.
Shortly after her appearance on The Apprentice, Bianca launched her first company Bianca Miller London - a diverse hosiery brand that re-defined ‘nude’ which enabled more women to embrace their natural skin tone. She went on to set up The Be Group which works to give new entrants to the employment market and the long-term unemployed access to personal branding and development to help them find new opportunities. Bianca has developed the company into the ‘go to’ business for personal branding success with clients including HSBC, Google, and Kings College London.
She is the co-author of Self-Made: The Definitive Guide to Startup Business Success, created to inspire and guide budding entrepreneurs by providing tips and a step-by-step process of starting a business. The book accompanies a mentoring programme that sees her and her husband and co-author Byron Cole mentor over two hundred entrepreneurs. Her second book The Business Survival Kit outlines tips to help every busy professional and entrepreneur not only survive but thrive in business; covering topics from imposter syndrome and stress to goal setting and stakeholder management. Bianca and Bryan also co-authored Rich Forever: What They Didn’t Teach You about Money, Finance and Investments in School.
Bianca has also returned to television, appearing as the expert business advisor in Channel 4 show Save Well, Spend Better, a six-part series to help members of the public with their financial dilemmas. In presentations, alongside her own entrepreneurial journey, she talks about making dreams a reality, dealing with issues around diversity, being a woman in business, and how to stay motivated.
After a year of trading, Bianca was awarded a prestigious Power Profile from LinkedIn as one of the top 10 most powerful leaders on the professional social network, joining names like Richard Branson, James Caan and David Cameron. Bianca has also appeared on numerous lists for the top entrepreneurs in the UK and the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for her contribution to E-commerce.
