Ed is one of the UK’s most exciting comedians. He is co-creator and co-host of the chart-topping podcast Off Menu with James Acaster, was a regular team captain on Mock the Week and is a resident judge on Great British Menu.


Biography

Ed Gamble is an award-winning stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster. He is a regular on shows such as Taskmaster, Live at the Apollo, and 8 Out of 10 Cats, showcasing his observational humour, often inspired by his own life, family, and type 1 diabetes.

Ed co-created the Off Menu podcast with James Acaster. Each episode the pair interview a guest about their dream restaurant line-up. It was an instant success and has been nominated for Best Comedy at the British Podcast Awards. It consistently tops iTunes and UK Comedy Podcast charts with over a hundred million downloads in one hundred and ninety-five countries.

Crowned the series nine champion of Taskmaster, Ed was featured on the second Champions of Champions episode and is the current host of the Taskmaster Podcast.

He appeared in over thirty episodes of Mock the Week, which made him one of the most frequent regulars on the show. Ed is also a judge on Great British Menu and presents a show on Radio X with Matthew Crosby.

Ed served as one of six rotating guest-hosts for Pointless, alongside Alexander Armstrong. Additional TV credits include Man Down, Blankety Blank, Roast Battle, Richard Osman’s House of Games, and Hypothetical.

His stand-up tour, Electric, was given an extension after selling out multiple venues in its initial run. This comes after his twice-extended show Blizzard and his Amazon Prime special, Blood Sugar.

Date TBC.  We will be looking at high-performance and mindset with our two excellent speakers.

Guenther Steiner is the Former Team Principal of F1’s Haas, a role he held from the team’s inception until this year. Under his leadership, he grew Haas into one of the sport’s leading independent teams.

Joining Guenther on stage will be broadcaster and behavioural scientist Paul Mckenna, who has written a number of bestselling books, and works on how psychology and mindset can impact achievement.

On Tuesday 17th September we had the pleasure of hearing from a remarkable panel of speakers, who shared their expertise on the challenges of managing Risk in a chaotic world.

The panel featured esteemed speakers, Dr. Sabrina Cohen-Hatton KFSM (Firefigter and Neuroscience researcher), Lord Parker of Minsmere (Andrew Parker, Former Director General of MI5), and Sir Robin Niblett (Former Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House). The event was hosted superbly by Mastermind and BBC News presenter Clive Myrie.

Over the hour, our panellists explored Risk on multiple levels, from global affairs to business environments and personal everyday challenges. They provided valuable insights into how we can better manage and mitigate Risk in today’s unpredictable world.
